It's time to fuel our bodies and enjoy a mouth watering lunch. Freshly, locally sourced where possible food and ingredients, selected specifically for their health giving and detoxing properties.
Bring your thought to focus, and enhance calm and clarity of mind. Various meditation practices are used to grow your meditation practice in an enjoyable way.
ACTIVITIES IN NATURE
Our retreats are set in areas of natural beauty, surrounded by nature. We incorporate adventure into our retreats and offer activities such as hiking, and wild swimming (dependent on location).
TIME TO RELAX
Time to relax is an important part of the itinerary. Whether it's chilling in your natural surroundings, reading a book or just time for reflection you will have plenty of time to find your own balance.
Beautifully prepared dinners bring the group together in the evenings.
Cacao ceremonies, sound healing can also be part of our evening celebration.
